新型SF型復合式水膜脫硫除塵器

        1、工藝流程及說明
       SF型水膜脫硫除塵器主要由文丘里、主筒體、上部注水槽、下部溢流水孔、清理孔等組成,其工作原理是:當含塵氣體由總進氣管進入文丘里噴淋霧化裝置的收縮管后,氣流速度增大,至喉管時流速達到大。在喉管處加入的洗滌水被高速氣流沖擊,形成液滴并發(fā)生霧化,塵粒被濕潤。在塵粒之間以及液滴與塵粒間發(fā)生碰撞和凝聚。在擴散管,氣流速度銳減,便于形成較大的含塵水滴。當洗滌水中加有堿液時(PH值≥9),堿液良好的霧化,當二氧化硫氣體通過時候,能夠很好的與堿液混合反應,達到脫硫的效果。
      此后煙氣進入筒體。筒體是一個圓形筒體,水從除塵器上部注水槽進入筒內(nèi),使整個圓筒內(nèi)壁形成一層水膜從上而下流動,煙氣由筒體下部切向進入,在筒體內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)上升,含塵氣體在離心力作用下始終與筒體內(nèi)壁面的水膜發(fā)生摩擦,這樣含塵氣體被水膜濕潤,塵粒隨水流到除塵器底部,從溢流孔排走。在筒體底部封底并沒有水封槽以防止煙氣從底部漏出,有清理孔便于進行筒體底部清理。除塵后廢水由底部溢流孔排出進入沉淀池,沉淀中和,循環(huán)使用。凈化后的其他,通過筒體上部椎體部分引出,從而達到除塵目的。如在循環(huán)池中加入堿性水(PH值≥9),可起到脫硫效果。

When the sulphur dioxide gas passes, it can be well mixed with the alkali liquor and react to achieve the desulfurization effect.
After that, the flue gas enters the cylinder, which is a circular one. Water enters the cylinder from the water injection tank at the upper part of the dust collector, so that a layer of water film formed on the inner wall of the cylinder and flows from top to bottom, The flue gas tangentially enters from the lower part of the cylinder and rises in rotation in the cylinder. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust-containing gas always rubs with the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder body, so that the dust-containing gas is wetted by the water film, and the dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged from the overflow hole. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed at the bottom and a water sealing groove is provided to prevent the flue gas from leaking out from the bottom, and the cleaning holes are arranged to facilitate cleaning the bottom of the cylinder. After dedusting, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank for sedimentation and neutralizing, and then be recycled. The purified gas is taken out through the upper part of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of dust removal. If alkaline water (pH ≥ 9) is added to the circulation tank, desulfurization effect can be achieved.
