一、概述
DMC式脈沖布袋除塵器是一種小型除塵器。其特點(diǎn)是在原機(jī)械控制脈沖式除塵器的基礎(chǔ)上省去結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，工作性能不穩(wěn)定的控制器和控制閥，直接采用電磁閥控制脈沖閥工作。具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作穩(wěn)定可靠的特點(diǎn)，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方便快捷。
        該系列產(chǎn)品適用于糧食加工、建材、冶金、化工、醫(yī)藥制造、機(jī)械制造等行業(yè)的除塵系統(tǒng)中。
        二、結(jié)構(gòu)
        除塵器本體由框架殼體、濾袋帶籠、噴吹清灰裝置、排灰裝置等部分組成。殼體部分由上箱體、中箱體、灰斗、進(jìn)出風(fēng)口組成。噴吹清灰裝置由螺旋輸灰機(jī)、星型卸料閥組成。
        三、工作原理
        含塵氣體由除塵器中部進(jìn)風(fēng)口進(jìn)入箱體內(nèi)， 部分較粗顆粒的粉塵由于受到重力等因素的作用，直接沉降到灰斗內(nèi)，另一部分細(xì)微粉塵經(jīng)濾袋過(guò)濾附著在濾袋的外表面上，潔凈氣體則透過(guò)濾袋，從上箱體的出風(fēng)口排出。隨著濾袋上粉塵的積累不斷增加，除塵器濾袋粉塵層阻力上升，當(dāng)除塵器達(dá)到預(yù)定的阻力范圍時(shí)(1.0—1.2Kpa)，脈沖控制儀指令電磁閥啟動(dòng)，脈沖閥工作，并通過(guò)噴吹管向各排濾袋進(jìn)行噴吹，使濾袋瞬時(shí)產(chǎn)生急劇膨脹，抖落濾袋外表面的粉塵，掉入下部灰斗，經(jīng)由輸灰裝置和卸料閥排出。

        Overview

        Structure
        The dust collector body is composed of a frame shell, a filter bag with a cage, a dust blowing and cleaning device, and a dust discharge device. The shell part is composed of an upper box, a middle box, a dust hopper, and air inlet and outlet. The dust blowing and cleaning device consists of a spiral dust conveyor and a star-shaped discharge valve.
        Working principle
        The dust-containing gas enters the box from the air inlet in the middle of the dust collector. Some of the coarse particles of dust are directly settle into the dust hopper due to gravity and other factors, and another part of the fine dust is filtered by the filter bag and attached to the outer surface of the filter bag, while clean gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged from the air outlet of the upper box. As the accumulation of dust on the filter bag continues to increase, the dust layer resistance of the dust collector filter bag increases. When the dust collector reaches the predetermined resistance range (1.0-1.2Kpa), the pulse controller commands the solenoid valve to start, then the pulse valve works, and blows through the blowpipe to each row of filter bags, causing the filter bags to instantly expand rapidly, shaking off dust on the outer surface of the filter bags, falling into the lower dust hopper, and being discharged through the dust conveying device and the discharge valve.
